It’s official! Ontario has revealed its COVID-19 vaccine certificate program. A vaccine certificate would be used to certify that an individual is fully vaccinated. And this would grant privileges such as indoor dining, going to gyms and access to many other workplaces. The regulation of these certificates raises many questions, including whether or not their implementation would infringe on Canadians’ charter rights.
