Well here we go again with David’s customer service nightmares part 2. Nothing urks him more than poor customer service. Sometimes it’s the lack of good manners, like pointing in the general direction of something, or a colleague who interrupts someone while being served, OR… well you get the idea. David seems to be a lightning rod for bad customer service, so to help him vent and tell him if he has a valid point or is just a cranky customer, is Sharon Worsley. Sharon is the Senior Manager of Chamber Success at the Ontario Chamber of Commerce and is a 25 year veteran of the hospitality industry where customers are kings and queens.
