Sharon Worsley – Customer Service Nightmares – Pt 3 – PODCAST

Well here we go again with my customer service nightmares part 2. Nothing urks me more than poor customer service. Sometimes it’s the lack of good manners, like being in a bad mood when you show up for your customer service shift and taking in out on the customer, OR…well you get the idea. I seem to be a lightning rod for bad customer service, so to help me vent and tell me if I have a valid point or I’m just a cranky customer, is Sharon Worsley. Sharon is the Senior Manager of Chamber Success at the Ontario Chamber of Commerce and is a 25 year veteran of the hospitality industry where customers are kings and queens.
