Sharon Worsley – Customer Service Nightmares – Pt 1 – PODCAST

Nothing urks people more than poor customer service. Sometimes it’s the lack of good manners, like interrupting a conversation, or answer the phone while I’m standing in front of you or not being flexible with a simple substitute order for a meal, OR… well you get the idea. I seem to be a lightning rod for bad customer service, so to help me vent and tell me if I have a valid point or I’m just a cranky customer, is Sharon Worsley. Sharon is the Senior Manager of Chamber Success at the Ontario Chamber of Commerce and is a 25 year veteran of the hospitality industry where customers are kings and queens.
