April 8, 2015 – Great turnout at our Inaugural Women Leadership event with remarkable women leaders share their inspiring stories at Markland Wood Golf Club.
The keynote speaker Connie Clerici, CEO – Closing the Gap Healthcare was followed by a Panel including Mayor Bonnie Crombie; The Honourable Madam Justice Gertrude Speigel, Superior Court of Justice of Ontario; Teawna Pinard, Founder of Women Leading Legendary Lives.
“Know yourself, stay true to your values, take risks, create opportunities & a great support system play a key role in achieving success!”, said Mayor Crombie.
The Moderator, Nita Chhinzer, Department of Management at University of Guelph took questions from the audience. We also had a guest visitor, former Mayor of Mississauga, Hazel McCallion, attend with over 130 MBOT members.
