NGen (Next Generation) is MBOT’s brand of networking and education series for young professionals aged 40 and younger.
NGen’s mission is to:

– Develop Connections
– Create Opportunities
You never know what to expect at an Ngen event. Each is quite different. From creating cappuccino art at Euro Milan/Jura, to practicing the communication stack as taught by a Dale Carnegie coach, to bouncing around on trampolines at SkyZone Sports, to experiencing an unexpected artistic demonstration at the Art Gallery of Mississauga, to creating a living breathing machine as a group thanks to RIZE Studios... you are in for a fun, yet professional evening.
The January event held at RBC’s Conference Centre was quite a success. Despite the snow storm, we had about 70 NGeners in attendance. RIZE Studios was on hand to engage the NGeners in a couple fun and short exercises to connect with one another. It definitely got people out of their comfort zones, and the energy around the room was unbelievable. Many people stayed well past 7 pm to continue networking.
