Who are you, and what is your role?

My name is Kiran Mann. I am the Founder and Chief Happiness Officer (CHO) of M2M Business Solutions Inc. I lead a team of happy, passionate people who are focused and dedicated to delivering the best in their area of expertise.

What is your business?

We are a Mississauga-based firm serving our clients in three verticals. providing business consulting and advisory services. We are proud representative of Crestcom in Eastern Canada that offers the award-winning “Leadership Skills Development” program. Over the years, M2M has also delivered training in various people-development areas, focused on bringing solutions to market threats and constant change.  

M2M is committed to developing business community of “The Happy Organization.” This is a complete experience of our consulting service focused on three elements: Inspired Employees, Innovated Processes and Delighted Customers.

We help our clients by encouraging workplace innovation for market competitiveness, customer experience to make them feel valued, and a happy organizational environment with consistently higher employee satisfaction and retention levels.

When did you become a member of the Mississauga Board of Trade?

I became a member of MBOT in the summer of 2017.

What’s your favourite aspect of MBOT?

I joined MBOT to connect with its fantastic community. Coming from a world of Automotive Manufacturing for 20+ years, I was well-versed with the Supply Chain but still felt like a stranger to the world outside Automotive. MBOT helped me get to know people in the community and what they do well in their respective professions.

What would you say to someone who is thinking about joining MBOT?

First, know your “Why.” Why are you joining your local board? I joined the board to get to know everyone around me. I wanted to find synergies with people I can resonate and connect with, make friends, and grow strategic partners relationships. It’s a great place to learn, be guided with information from various events and be part of committees where you meet like-minded people that will challenge you positively.

How has MBOT helped your business?

MBOT has become a wonderful platform for M2M and I. Personally, I enjoy connecting with other members; giving back to the community; chair committees and participate in events where I can add value. Professionally, via various events and MBOT gatherings, I have met other business owners that have turned into suppliers, strategic partners and our clients.
