② Previous winners are not eligible to be nominated for the same award for a three-year period.
③ The organization may only win one award.
④ To qualify, you must have Mississauga based business.
⑤ Franchise(s) are not eligible unless otherwise specified.

• Demonstrates the use of a female-lens approach in workplace policies, procedures, and practices.
• Demonstrates a commitment to hiring and retaining women in many roles, including senior leadership positions.
• Excellence in the inclusion of women of all walks of life in the business.
• Flexibility where possible in work from home versus work in the place of business.
• Focuses on strong health and benefits program that supports particularly women and their families recognizing their work-life balance between the business and family.
