**Please Note:
MBOT is currently reviewing its policies regarding the certification and notarization of documents. There have been a few changes to our policies that you must take note of before coming to get any documents stamped.
Any business-related applications for a Work Visa in another country must be signed in person in front of our staff. If this is not possible, then valid government-issued Photo Identification with a signature must be presented to prove the signature on the document is authentic.
Additionally, proof that the business is a registered business in Canada must be presented, (i.e. Business Registration, Certificate of Incorporation, Business Number, etc.) before the documents can be signed. We do not Certify or Notarize documents that are not written in English.
Over the coming months you may see more changes added to these policies, should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

From Pearson International Airport:
Take Highway 427 S to Highway 401 W collectors, then take the Highway 403/Q.E.W. Hamilton exit and merge onto Highway 403. Take the Hurontario Street exit and turn left at Hurontario Street. Turn right at Robert Speck Parkway, and then left onto City Centre Drive. |

Take the Gardiner Expressway to the Q.E.W. Take the Hurontario Street exit and merge onto Hurontario Street. Turn left onto Burnhamthorpe Road. Turn right onto Kariya Gate and then right onto City Centre Drive. |

Parking Information
Two hours of free visitors parking is available. There are no dedicated visitors’ parking spots.
When entering the parking lot, take a ticket from the machine at the gate and bring it with you when you leave your car. To exit, put the ticket in the blue machine located inside the building; it will validate the ticket and you’ll have 20 minutes to exit the lot.
For those parking longer than two hours, there is a flat rate of $5.00 payable by cash or VISA only (MasterCard or American Express credit cards are not accepted).
